Here at the Columbus School of Yoga, we offer online yoga classes, workshops and special events.

We have a diverse set of offerings designed with you in mind for you to not only begin practicing yoga, but also to assist you in growing and evolving your practice.

No matter what you're seeking from your yoga practice, we're your one stop shop where you can find everything you need. 

All our classes are donation based and our workshops and special events are paid offerings.

Enliven the body and mind with a dynamic and fluid moving class designed to incorporate elements of stretch, strength, and balance while improving cardiovascular health. This class will leave you feeling relaxed and revitalized from head to toe.

Join Christine for a grounding and energizing flow to start your day! Whether this is your first class or you are an experienced yogi, Christine will guide you through an experience focusing on your breath, body alignment and movement all while building strength and inspiring self-awareness.

After a busy work week and Saturday fun, Gary's Sunday Vinyasa class will bring grounding and presence. His sequences contains elements of  strength, dynamic movement, and will work towards a peak. They will then cool and stretch you, giving you access to what’s possible in your practice. Be ready for a juicy and powerful practice appropriate for any level.

Class Description:

Get ready to raise your vibration! This class blends elements of Vinyasa Flow + Kundalini Yoga to activate and move energy throughout the body. Class begins with a fluid movement to warm-up and prepare for a Kundalini Kriya (a precise combination of dynamic physical movement, breath work, mantra + meditation) and ends with deep relaxation and self-reflection.

Are you curious about yoga but not sure where to begin? Or perhaps you’ve practiced yoga in the past and are you looking to get started again? Are you 40+ and experiencing changes in your body and you’re curious how yoga can support you in this season and phase of your life? Then this workshop is for YOU!

 

Join Gary in his introduction to yoga workshop series, designed with you in mind, to provide students 40 years and over with a supportive environment where you can come together in community and gain a solid foundation of the building blocks of yoga. You will move at a slower pace so that you can explore the various postures and gain an understanding of alignment while increasing mobility, strength and balance. Additionally you will learn breathing and relaxation techniques that will assist you in reducing stress and increase your overall sense of wellbeing.

Each workshop within this series will provide a combination of lecture and physical practice with a specific focus. This month's focus will be on breathing techniques for stress reduction, relaxation + improved sleep.
