Who We Are
We are a group of Faculty and Graduate teachers of The Columbus School of Yoga. When you take a yoga class through the Columbus School of Yoga, payment and proceeds go directly to the class teacher. Therefore you always know who you're supporting and where your payment is going.

After a busy work week and Saturday fun, Gary's Sunday Vinyasa class will bring grounding and presence. His sequences contains elements of strength, dynamic movement, and will work towards a peak. They will then cool and stretch you, giving you access to what’s possible in your practice. Be ready for a juicy and powerful practice appropriate for any level.
